Elliptical Reviews
NordicTrack AudioStrider 990: I feel that this elliptical machine is good value for money. Whilst it is less expensive compared to other machines, it still strives in terms of its performance. An interesting feature is the power incline which allows you to adjust the machine to various different inclined angles, which allows you to work on many different muscles in the lower body. I felt that this provided a varied workout.
The Sole Fitness E35: This one is also cheaper that some of the other elliptical machines on the market. I think one of the most intriguing features of this machine is the fact that is has different resistance settings that you can change, depending on what type of workout you want to do that day. It’s also a heavy duty machine, and it has a large stride, which I find particularly useful, as it means that even if you’re tall you can still use this machine.
When choosing an elliptical machine it’s best to consider your options fully. You should think about what it is you want from your elliptical machine, and how much you are willing to spend on one. It’s ideal to read home elliptical reviews before making a concrete choice on a machine.
